A great shop for all things crafty etc. A very well stocked shop over two separate floors. Access to the 1st floor is by stairs but there is a lift at the back of the shop on the ground floor for those who have mobility issues.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Could have spent soooo much money quite easily. Picked up some air dry clay which is doing its thing as I type.nWe will be back
A great selection of crafty supplies, as you’d expect. The staff were really helpful in finding me the item I was after it’s a big store on two levels. Lots of crafty supplies/activities that you can buy here for children and seasonal things in store for Christmas and Halloween. I like the store, but it loses a star only because I still prefer to buy my craft supplies from smaller businesses. Lots of car parking outside, but on a Saturday afternoon it was very busy.
Really good selection, ample parking and warm and friendly staff. I've never been to another hobycraft so I don't know if this is the standard but I was happy with my visit. Even saved a few bob downloading the app! Prices SEEMED reasonable but again I don't have a basis for comparison.
Ordered some items to pick up online as a next day service, knowing we would be in the area late afternoon the following day. Sadly next day could be when they close at 8pm.nInstead we got customer service number to ring, who arranged to have them delivered to our home next day.
