THE BEST PIZZA EVER. I recommend. it's hard to get a good pizza in Southampton and this one really deserves to be recommended. For some it will be too expensive but I think it is worth the price.

I’ve just had a delivery from these people it was so cold. If I wanted to cook or re heat a pizza I would have cooked my own, and when speaking to them they denied it was cold, I wouldn’t use these unless you’re actually in the shop what a rip off !
Pizza arrived hot and on time with plenty of toppings. Very tasty
What a shambles as was so looking forward to NOT having to cook this evening with my family, as a chef and cook all week.. well when the pizza, cheesy garlic bread well a little scatter of cheese shall I say and onion rings that were sooo soaky such a major disappointment as ALL pizzas and well ALL of the food was so stone cold and phoned to complain and ask why? was there an issue ?to get a very flippant reply of oh you can get a free pizza next time you order .. your having a laugh I will never be using this company again , TOTALLY RUINED my and my family’s evening as don’t spend that much family time together, I’d give them less than one star if I could not happy is an understatement
So, I've had Smokey Pizza before and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience with them. I ordered a Fiorentina on the 25/09 through deliveroo. Fiorentinas have a cooked egg on top. This egg was definitely not cooked. I called up Smokey pizza that evening to let them know, and they said sorry and that they'd refund it. There was no mention of a different pizza being sent out, so I ended up cooking the pizza myself. Let's face it, if I wanted to cook pizza myself I'd save the £14 and make it from scratch myself. It's easy to see when eggs aren't cooked, so I feel this was a pretty hard mistake to make. Here we are, 2 weeks later and I've still had no refund. Why the hold up?
Amazing pizza, backed in real wood oven. I definitely recommend Smokey Pizza in Southampton Portswood Road.Food: 5/5
