The food here is consistently great. The pizza especially is made fresh to order. They have become a fast favourite easily matching the likes of Papa John's and other pizzeria out there. Always buy one get one free on pizza so great value for money. They deliver too.
I had a car accident outside with my little boy and these guys were so helpful and gave us food and drinks for free. Salts of the earth! Best chips in Southampton and that's from a Paddy, my boy keeps asking when we can go back! Kid-friendliness: Amazing to my 7 year old so friendly Parking: Ample
I am visiting Southampton and felt like having some halal chicken and burger. The meals are very expensive: bought two pieces chicken meal, one beef burger meal and a chicken fillet meal totalling over £22; when I asked for some mayonnaise sauce the owner refused to give me three mayonnaise sauces. He only gave me two mayonnaise and asked to charge extra for mayonnaise. In London they would give you two or three mayonnaise per meal. I paid over £22 and was being charge extra for a dollop of mayo! I certainly will not buy from them again. The meal were average but very expensive; in fact the most expensive burger / chicken meal. The only positive is you get lots of chips which ends up in the bin and salt is free...
Ordered two kebabs both were swimming in fat. I couldn't eat it. The naan breads were soaking. Shops not clean. You literally stick to the floor. Certainly will avoid in the future. Complete waste of my money
Food arrived 1h and 40 min late after initially indicating 40 min delivery time on the website. I ordered 3 items - large kebab, large fries and chicken meal deal. The meal deal was wrong, we got only two pieces of chicken ordered 4 and no chips. The rest of the food was cold and the large portion of chips was probably cooked an hour ago. Really not happy, this place used to serve amazing food. I`m not ordering again.
Never been soo disappointed by a kebab in my life!!!!! Doner kebab was all cold and hard didnt even eat it do dont recommend!!!!!
Last 2 orders have taken over twice the stated delivery time, 1 order was incorrect and took another 30 minutes to correct, food is normally good but this order arrived luke warm and we had to heat up, at 8:30pm on my order today I called and was told they were held up due to traffic, they are less than a mile from our house, there is no traffic at that time of night, just be honest you don't have the staff to do the deliveries!! On our order today delivery time was stated as 40 mins it took 1hr 25 mins don't order from here if you are hungry and want hot food!
I ordered mixed kabab with all salad and chili sauce and chicken shish with salad no sauce and thick strawberry shake receved mixed kabab shish kabab no salad and shake called and delivered the shake but no chili sauce or salad would order again but will call to make sure orders complete
Order chicken sheesh was absolutely delicious and spicy chicken wings couldnt fault it 100% would recommend and definitely use again
Ordered food for collection and within 5 mins they gave the food! We was surprised as it came so quick and it was cold! No wonder the food came so quick even for collection! I didn't mind waiting at least we would have had fresh and hot food! I called them to query why this was cold and they said to come back and make another one by then we already came home!
