Ordered some feather board and batons to make some fence panels. Placed the order by phone and the person on the other end was pleasant and informed about the products I was ordering. I got home delivery (at no extra cost) The delivery driver was very friendly and they put the order down the side of the house. The timber is much better quality than the same type of timber I looked at at a well known DIY store and was significantly cheaper too. Wonderful local company with cheaper yet better quality timber and free local delivery. Can't ask for more.

Friendly and helpful staff and a nice accessible showroom, timber yard and shop. You cannot go wrong. Will be back again for sure.

Absolutely awful service , I asked for handrail to be cut to '1 meter 50' and it's come back at 1m 06cm not only have they aimed for 45cm off what I asked for they're also a whole cm out which is huge would not recommend anyone coming and when I phoned to complain they straight away argued and swore at me without reason - buy elsewhere!
