Went to Timpson two weeks ago to get a car key cut. They didn't have the right key at the time and said one would be ordered for us to be cut the following Week. This is fine. However, we return a week later and the promised key was not in stock. The same staff member Chris made a promise that he would order THREE keys to ensure one was present for us returning the following week. I called this morning before making the 30 minute journey a third time to ensure the key was in stock. It was not. I wouldn't even bother attempting to use this place for anything. They may do a decent re-sole, I don't know, but they can't organise a simple key cutting as far as my experience goes. A great deal of time wasted. Pretty useless if you ask me.
