I visited your Newark store today and received the best customer service I have seen in a long time. My daughter needed to buy some vegan sweets for a friend who also does not eat palm oil. Georgia overheard our pain as we could not find anything and suggested some items. She looked in the stock room as there were none in the store. When that failed she made some other suggestions. Whilst we were looking for these she found another member of staff who is vegan. Laticia come up with a further 5 suggestiins. Finally we found a suitable one. We would have left empty handed had it not been for the fantastic help these 2 menbers of staff gave us. Well done to you both! 😁

Really good store for lots of things. Large selection of toys. Food stuff. Lots of things for the home and garden. Bargains to be had. Beers wines and spirits. Free parking and wheelchair friendly doors. Plenty of room to walk round.

Clean and tidy. Car park always busy. Lowish prices. Friendly helpful staff.

This shop is good on price. Apple or , orange bag is a 1£, variety of chickens up to £2, tub of yoghurt under £, Monster 0.89£, shampoo for a £ and so on, - factory people paradise.

Went to store today in extreme heat after doi g a car boot for an hour feeling hot and grumpy x we wandered the store and filled a basket to be met with a young girl with a huge smile she was friendly and helpful and made our visit a nice experience . Her name was Ellie but i dont know her surname . Well done we will be back. I
