Carrie was exceptional to deal with. Made us feel right at home. Smooth and easy process. We saw the car and collected it within 3 days. Absolutely loving the car. Carrie also went out of her way to give us free VW merchandise, which was a lovely gesture. Really appreciate it. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to purchase an approved used or brand new car. They will look after you!
Had a recent MOT and service here. Have been going to them for the last few years, the new location/showroom looks good. Friendly and inviting staff at sales entrance. The guys on the front desk at service are attentive with going the extra distance with customer service on my recent visit.
James at VW Oldham was extremely helpful and friendly. The service we received was excellent and we are very happy with our new car. We had travelled a long way to collect our car and would do so again without hesitation.
Hilariously bad - charged £80 to fix reversing lights and now they’re on constantly, quoted £290 !! to investigate an airbag light fault that was fixed for free in about 15 minutes at a different garage. Car was there for 5 days, too. Can’t comment on the sales part but if you’re looking to get your VW taken care of you should absolutely go anywhere else.
Disgrace, disgusting attitude, quick to take your money, don't reply to calls, passed from pillow to post. Been waiting for repair for month's. Just a quick video of the condition I received my car ,this is what you get after paying £38.000 for a vehicle from this dealer.
Very good experience with Martin at VW Oldham who did his very best to accommodate me the right car at my budget. I was really pleased with my experience, no pressure was on me to purchase a car and all the staff was very approachable and friendly. I am very happy with my new car!
Absolutely horrible people, they will break parts of your car and try to tell you they were already broken, and make you out to be a liar. Do not take your car here even for a regular health check, you will regret it and come out from a perfectly fine car to one which has been damaged by their technicians.
After looking online we decided to come here to check out the T-ROC models, however the sales staff Mike didn’t seem much interested in showing us the available options. If they’re not going to get a sale out of then they’re not really interested - where is the customer service VW?
I recently bought an VW ID4and traded in our car at the same time. The service from start to finish was professional, friendly, warm and welcoming from the whole VW Oldham team but James, who was our sales person was particularly helpful and patient. James was able to answer all of our questions and ensured that every step was explained and that we were happy to continue. We were introduced to the sales manager, Nicola, who was also really friendly and welcoming. The whole process of buying a car can be quite intense and stressful but we were made to feel easy and comfortable, we weren't rushed or pressured at any point. Communication was fantastic as was the aftercare. James rang the day after we took the car home to check that we'd made it home ok and to see whether we had any questions. We were told to ring anytime we needed anything or was unsure, no matter how silly the question. The whole experience was just really lovely. It's a shame buying a car isn't a regular occurrence. I'd highly recommend the VW Oldham branch for buying your next car. Thanks again to James and Nicola!
I booked my car in for a service and gearbox service with VW Oldham. This included a health check on the vehicle, in the health check the technicians found an oil leak on my vehicle and quoted me £240 to steam clean the engine for further diagnostics. I declined this, I then had the vehicle checked by 4 different garages including 2 vw specialists who told me the oil leak had been caused by excess oil that appears to have been spilt on the engine, so much oil had been spilt the engine bay it was letting out smoke. I did email the service advisor to update him on this and see what could be done but didn't recieve a response. The oil issue could of only been caused during the service as I haven't put oil in the car in a number of months
