Just got my mother's mobility car Kia Niro from this branch and was served by David Woods. From the very first day of entering the showroom, to the car pick up, David was brilliant! Setting our expectations throughout, brilliant in-person and over emails. Professional, yet friendly. I'd highly recommend both the car and branch. Keep up the excellent work guys.

This is the first time I have purchased a car from OMC kia and i would not hesitate do so again. I dealt with Lee Moore and from the first contact he made with me he was excellent.The process of collecting my new car was so simple and nothing short of brilliant. Lead up to collecting my new car I was provided all the information and forms that required completing which were all fully explained by Lee which made them all easy to understand and I knew what I was signing. The collection day was also a breeze with Lee again explaining everything and with all that was required to be in place ready so no delays. The after care was also great I had an enquiry regarding the vehicle this was dealt with straight away by Lee no fuss and no issues. Overall a great service and really impressed with OMC Kia and Lee Moore
I just wanted to share me experience of dealing with the team at OMC and Jobie Knight in particular. I live some distance away and was looking at buying a second hand KIA from OMC. Having contacted them through Autotrader, the communication, information and service was truly exceptional. Although I did not end up buying the car, I have no hesitation recommending the team. Jobie could not have been more helpful even when I decided the KIA wasn't quite what I needed. Great experience.

What can I say about this dealership besides it's an absolute class outfit from the minute you walk through the door..Had the absolute pleasure to deal with Dave and Mike over the last 2 Kia purchases I've made and everything has been flawless from test drive,order,collection and after sales,nothing is to much trouble for either of them and they even called out a predicted delivery time schedule of 6 months to almost the day of collection I can not speak highly enough of Dave and Mike and who are an absolute credit to omc Kia Oldham Would recommend this dealership in an heartbeat to anyone who's thinking of buying a new or used Kia you won't be disappointed 10 out of 10 for everyone
