Appointments are often cancelled but I give 5 stars for Juliana Schveitzer Da Silva... Most thorough check up, not just teeth but whole mouth which is rarely the case, I felt that she genuinely cared which was lovely, keep up the good work Juliana X

Cancelled appointments all the time. I missed 1 appointment due to family emergency and I was de registered from them . Absolutely shocking service.  They cancel all the time sometimes an hour before appointment so if you take time off work be warned that you may not even get seen

Awful just awful, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They constantly cancel appointments sometimes on the day then reschedule for months later. What sort of service is that? Rude and unapologetic staff!  I think the management need to do a serious review into how this place is operating!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.  Constantly cancel my check ups then can never reschedule for a reasonable time.  When phoning for an emergency appointment was told I couldn't be seen for 3 months.

I used Smiles for 10 years as NHS patient. No real problem, though it is rather a shoestring operation eg no mouthwash when you are in the chair. My teeth are generally OK anyway, so I went for check-ups and cleaning. Staff were friendly and seemed OK.  However, my wife was very badly treated recently: let down for arranged appointment on a Friday afternoon; no alternative dentist available, and we were not notified of the problem until we arrived at the surgery.  Smiles staff then lied saying we had been sent a voicemail message, and gave wrong advice, telling us to go to A&E at Lymington Hospital there *is* no A&E there. Eventually, my wife went elsewhere, privately, the next day, having spent a night in great pain.  We deregistered, despite the extra cost of private treatment elsewhere.  The 3/5 mark given is a composite. I would have given 4/5, based on my years of routine attendance, but my wife was unhappy about her treatment anyway, even *before* this recent episode, so I would only give 1/5 on her behalf.  Finally, no car parking, which is not exactly the fault of Smiles, but makes it inconvenient, especially for those who are elderly and/or disabled.

Whenever I visit this dentist… the receptionists are always lovely and very helpful and polite. Recently, my old dentist left and I saw a new dentist called Julianna Schveitzer Da Silva…. I can honestly say that she is one of the loveliest and most caring dentists I have come across… She put me completely at ease with her gentle and calming approach… She gave me all the options in an open and professional manner… Thank you Julianna for your care…

Amazing. Went to see Julianne Schweitzer da Silva . I'm not good with dentist's but she was so reassuring, friendly and professional. Excellent bad side manner and explained clearly my problems and without judgment . Advice on what to do was so nicely explained. Treatment was gentle and without pain. Highly recommended

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Kapil and nurse Galji and they were fantastic. After assessing me initially they managed to squeeze me in the following day and after half an hour I was good as new. They were both very professional and did such a amazing job in very quick time….and all completely painless. Very good customer service too! Highly recommend Smiles I have seen various dentists over the years and have always been impressed and would trust them completely.

This is a review from Claire:-  I attended smiles on 21st October to see Anjam Kauser who was very pleasant and made me feel at ease straight away, in fact the whole experience from the lovely receptionist, a thorough examination by the dentist and very cheerful dental nurses was first class.

Can not thank smiles team enough for their superb service. I was lucky enough to get in pre lockdown to have have my treatment booked in with Anya. The experience was excellent start to finish. As I nervous patient I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door by reception. I was taken in a little after my appointment time which Anya kindly apologised for and i did not in anyway feel rushed during my treatment. Anya and her nurse Amie were so kind to me and made me feel at ease. I even got to choose the music I would like to have in the background. She explained every step of the treatment as we went. I must also mention that like most people im terrified of needles and it was the least painful injection i have ever had! Thank you again and I hope to see you soon! Next time fingers crossed just for an exam :-
