I have been to Bupa dental in Milford for many years now and always found the staff kind and welcoming. June the orthodontist was very clear on treatments I would be able to have and all the prices included. i also visit the hygienist and dentist here and they are both very gentle and explain everything to me every time I come. defiantly be staying here for my dental care. brilliant team!!
My first experience of this practice this morning was very positive. My family have had a range of dental treatments here for the last couple of years, with very good service throughout. I had a very thorough check-up today, much more thorough than the scant 2 minute checks at my previous practices. Early days, but I would say that I have nothing but positive thoughts about this practice.
Great experience so far. June, the orthodontist has been wonderful, helpful and professional my son is going to have his brace fitted at his next appointment. Lara the receptionist has gone above and beyond to sort us out appointments that fit our personal circumstances - she is a total star!
I have been a patient at this practice for 7 years now. I see Mariette Wheldon and I must say i am so happy with the service every time. I am a very nervous patient white coat syndrome and Mariette and her Nurse always puts me at ease. All the staff go above and beyond to help fit me in as i live abroad and only have a small window to make an appointment when i am in the UK and they always have a smiles on their faces. I would like to wish all at Bupa a great Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you for your excellent service.
Efficient friendly practice but compromised by poor parking and disability access facility.
Had an emergency appointment at this practice whilst caravanning in the area. The manager was very helpful and could see the distress I was in so managed to fit me in despite there being no space. This sort of service is rare these days and great to see it's still there! All staff and dentists were great that I saw making the experience great Thank you Tanya.
Rude staff try to put the blame on the patients. Turned up for an appointment the dentist had left. The dental nurse/receptionist tried to tell us WE had cancelled it. The same receptionist/ nurse booked me in for an appointment to have a 'review' when I got in the chair she denied she had ever said it, I wasted my time, dentist didn't know what I was there for. Change over of staff now the manager is leaving. Was a lovely practice gone downhill big time always cancelling appointments . Shambles not a pleasant experience.
My son is on autistic spectrum so can be anxious and as a result be challenging and he has had a fixed appliance fitted top and bottom to his teeth. Team are very patient with him and explain everything they are about to do to him calmly and explain why they are doing it. So far no complaints here
Always a great experience from booking to seeing the dentist. Prices are clear and any treatments explained and priced ahead. Friendly service each time.
