I called Bupa Dental Care Lymington when my own practice was unable to help me with a complex tooth extraction when my tooth cracked. Other private practices had a long wait time, but Lymington were able to offer me an appointment in 2 days! Tom Miller was amazing, talked me through the whole procedure and was kind and reassuring. Although the extraction process wasn't pleasant, it wasn't as bad as I feared and Tom did the best possible job. I am truly grateful.
Tom Millar is a great dentist understood my nerves and why I was so scared. He is thorough and takes care. Explains exactly what he needs to do and gives the options clearly so you can make informed decisions. My husband saw him for the first time and agreed he was one of the best dentist he has seen for years
I cannot say how it feels knowing you have found the best Dentist. Asim and his nurse Laura are outstanding kind but incredibly gentle. Everything was explained. Knowing how nervous I was they offered their support and reassurance all the way through my procedure Thank you for sorting out a very painful tooth. I left them pain free. Thank you. Tom is just absolutely incredible! Putting myself and 10 year old daughter totally at ease. He is gentle, explains everything that's going on and has such a calming influence. If all dentists were like Tom no one would ever fear going to the dentist. Thank you so much
I have just returned home from having a rather troublesome, lower back tooth extracted by Tom Miller at Bupa Dental Care, Lymington; and I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and his Dental Nurse. I was referred to Tom by my regular Dentist, Mariette Wheldon, at the Milford on Sea Bupa Practice, and I am very grateful to her for the recommendation. Tom is an extremely personable and obviously capable Dentist, and he went to a great deal of trouble to explain absolutely everything involved in the procedure, including why it was required, how it was going to be performed, what the expected outcome would be, and even how he would deal with the extremely rare chance of complications arising during the procedure. Tom was totally reassuring, and I am pleased to say, the procedure was painless and trouble free...almost a pleasure! The level of Customer Service received was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to recommend Tom and the local Bupa Practices to friends and family locally. Many thanks to you all. Richard Thompson
Looked after very well by Tom and Gill today. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a Dentist or Hygienist in Lymington. Put you at ease and explain things to you as they go along. Abi on Reception great too!
If someone requires dentistry that is urgent or falls out of NHS then they are an excellent choice. Attention to detail and great care taken on the job.
The professionalism and care of my dentist - Tom Miller - is exceptional. I don't typically leave reviews, but everything I could want from a health care provider, he did. He explained very clearly and concisely what he recommended I have done and why, with advice tailored to me as an individual ~ something he does for all his clients. He was happy to answer any question I had for him, and made sure I didn't feel ashamed at all. When it came to having work done on my teeth, he showed me what he was going to use in my mouth before he used it and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy to continue. I had quite a few things done to my teeth today and even though I find having work done to be quite overwhelming, I left the room smiling.
