The whole team at Smile Solutions are extremely friendly and professional. Dr Erika is very rare type of person in our modern world. She does what she does clearly out of a vocational calling. Her delight and professional pride as she reviews the results of her work is clear to see. Over time one realises how much she cares for her clients well being and good health. They are not the cheapest but with so many articles online now clearly showing links between the health of teeth and overall health the extra money is the best money you will spend
Dr Erika has such a fantastic manner that sets you at ease. She explains everything so well and clearly, ensuring you're completely comfortable with the process before she starts any treatment. Her gentle and caring manner gives a calm and reassuring experience, making you feel like you've had a spa treatment for your mouth.
I highly recommend Dr Erika. See saw my boys 4.5 and 1.5 yo. She managed to do a professional cleaning for my older son, while he was watching TV hanging on a ceiling. In other places I was told it is absolutely impossible until they are 7 yo. No pressure on 1.5 yo - she didn’t charge me because wasn’t able to do a proper check up. She has a no crying approach and gets along with kids brilliantly! She explained me in detail how I should prepare my younger son for the next visit and how I should approach brushing their teeth and deal with their protests. She answered all my questions really well. She gave me recommendations that really work my son wants to brush his teeth three times a day now. I am very grateful to her for professionalism, personality and integrity.
We had the most fantastic experience with Dr Kaye. My daughter chipped her tooth late on a Friday night and they kept the practice open for her. Not only did she fix her tooth, but Dr Kaye made it look as if it had never happened. Dr Kaye was very skilled, whilst also being kind and fun. She took all of the panic and worry out of the situation for both me and my daughter.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Erika for a dental procedure for my 6-year-old son, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Erika displayed an exceptional level of calmness and professionalism. She took the time to explain the entire tooth extraction procedure in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring that both my son and I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Erika was incredibly thoughtful, making sure that my son didn't see the local anesthetic injections, which helped to keep him relaxed and at ease. Her efficiency during the procedure was remarkable, and she clearly communicated the post-procedure care instructions to us, ensuring we knew exactly how to care for my son afterward. What truly stood out was Dr. Erika's attention to detail and her ability to make the experience positive for my son. She gave him a little box to keep his extracted teeth, which he was absolutely delighted with. Thanks to Dr. Erika's gentle and expert care, my son did not experience any pain or discomfort following the procedure. Overall, Dr. Erika provided an outstanding dental experience. Her calm demeanor, clear explanations, and compassionate approach made a potentially stressful situation incredibly smooth and worry-free. My son left with a big smile on his face, and we are both very grateful for the excellent care she provided.
Dr Cristina, Dr Jade, and team are fantastic. The best dentists I’ve ever had. In fact, they are so good that even though I’ve moved back to the US I still come to see them whenever I’m in London! Their facilities are spotless and very high tech, and they take the time to go over all of their findings with you so you know what’s going on. Highly recommended!
I can't thank Dr. Cristina enough for her professionalism and her devotion. She helped me to trust dentists again because I had less pleasant experiences in the past. And she always try to find the best plan for my teeth, explaining everything in the smallest detail. Dr. Cristina, YOU ROCK!
Dr. Erika is fantastic! She has a wonderful way of engaging with kids, making their dental visits a positive experience. My 3 and 5-year-olds actually look forward to going to the dentist, which never happened for me at their age. Given that they need frequent dental care, it's a huge relief to have found someone they enjoy visiting. Highly recommend Dr. Erika for her excellent care and kid-friendly approach!
I’ve been a patient of Smile Solutions for around 3 years. Jade is absolutely wondering and has helped me learn and improve my dental hygiene so much! She is so lovely and knowledgeable about her work and it is always a great experience. All the staff and Smile Solutions are absolutely lovely and I can’t recommend them enough!
Dr jade saw to me today as an emergency patient for my front tooth and I was absolutely astound by her amazing dentistry. She was professional and put me at ease during my duration at the clinic.
