My family have been registered with the practice for over 16 years now. The staff at the practice are always very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Alan Bookey is an exceptional dentist always finding time to fit you in and provide with great treatment. He’s seen my kids grow up from very young age and is very quick and efficient when treating children. The practice recently had their waiting area refurbished too that is lovely and comfortable for the patients. I highly recommend his practice to anyone in the area.
I've been coming to this dental practice nearly 20years , and the treatment i have received over the years has been impeccable. Every single member of staff is always friendly and polite. Dr Alan Bookey is my favourite he has brilliant sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable

I have been using the Albany dental centre for over 20 years. The consistency of the service has always been high, going above and beyond. I like the way they are sensitive and empathetic as I have another medical condition that can impact my treatment.
Dr. Bookey is the best dentist I have ever met. I'm very lucky to be treated by him. He is highly professional and extremely experienced. I know people whose lives he has literally saved! 5 stars are way too less! Thank You Dr Bookey!
To anyone looking for a dentist, Albany Dental Centre is excellent. The treatment is careful relatively pain free and enhancing to your teeth and mouth. You can smile with confidence. The hygienist is first class and will help keep your teeth and maybe your children's teeth life long.
From you enter the practice you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Nothing is ever a problem and the staff are always ready to help if there is ever a problem. Professional working ethics are high but so is the need to make each and every patient feel welcome and at ease. Have been coming to this practice for almost 30 years and it only gets better each year. Thank you all for your service.
I have been coming to this Dental Practice for a good few years now since my last Dental Practice closed down. My only regret is that I didn't find this Practice earlier as the difference between the two places was unbelievable. When I first joined I used to see a Hygienist called Laura who was 1st class and such a kind person I was a bit concerned when she left as to who would replace her and can honestly said I have been blessed with Paniz. I love love love her she is not only brilliant at her job but is such a genuine lovely person as well that has given me such good clear advice on what I needed to do at home that I hope she stays forever !! I also want to mention the Reception staff that have always been so helpful, accommodating and polite each and every time I have visited which helps with the overall experience as going to the Dentist is not always something people look forward to.
I don't particularly like going to the dentist, probably like a lot of people but my experience is always positive. The receptionists are really friendly. My dentist, Gopika, is lovely and will always advise on the best treatment for you. Maite her assistant is great. Paniz, my hygienist does a fab job of cleaning my teeth to perfection. Thank you all, Albany is a great practice i have been going there for over 30 years !
Albany Dental Centre is a quality operation. Professional staff, welcoming atmosphere, bright & spacious waiting area & treatment rooms. I’ve been using their services for 35 years & have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
