I have arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my spine. Jane's gentle treatment approach has helped me maintain mobility and reduce pain.
Awesome. Jane certainly knows her stuff! The 'thingy' she uses may seem innocuous and not able to hit the spot, but my goodness does it do the trick. Every time I know I will be in the area, I make sure I book in at least one session with Jane, and I know it will help my muscles, my posture and my pain. Even if you don't have an issues...go see Jane, and you will realise you feel better any how!!
Jane is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to her with a few ailments. Have been taken painkillers for a few years for ankle, leg and back pain but they had no effect. My last visit to Jane was on May 22nd. She worked wonders and I’m happy to say, I’m pain free and painkiller free. Can’t thank her enough.
Jane Cooper absolutely worked some magic on my back whilst I was holidaying in the area in August 2016. Using her gentle McTimoney skills she took me from almost unable to move/sleep/get on my bike right back to full mobility and able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I really can't recommend her enough. She is a lovely lady too, and has kept in contact with me to help me find someone local to me who can keep me in good shape in the longer term. Thank you Jane :
This chiropractor uses an activator technique rather than traditional manual adjustment, which I was not aware of before booking and is not stated on the website. I found the treatment far to gentle to have any effect personally. I also felt that the treatment was very fast- £48 for 35 minutes including asking a history and giving treatment is steep!
I have had multiple treatments with Jane over many years and I love her gentle and effective approach. I can highly recommend Smile Health and I look forward to my next session as I always leave feeling fantastic!

Very friendly and helpful. Fitted us in at the last minute when we were stuck on holiday with back trouble. Her treatment made a real difference. Also helped out our son. A lovely lady with excellent knowledge and skills. Highly recommended.
