Possibly the worst dentist surgery I've ever been too. Very rude upon arrival as I was 10 mins late due to my sat nav accidentally taking me to the wrong place, I am new to the area which hadn't helped, I did try to explain this. (I rung once I had realised I was going to be late, 15 mins before the scheduled appointment time).

On my second visit where I had two fillings the female dentist felt it appropriate and okay to talk to her assistant the whole time throughout about what they're doing for Xmas, presents, family visits etc. Not only was it boring but I felt full concentration on my filling procedures was to be expected. 
I Found this very rude and worrying.. 

The assistant asked the dentist several questions about what certain parts on the inside of the mouth were called; the dentist was unable to "remember" what they were called.. 

And finally on my worst trip to the dentist she was happy to tell me at the end how she'd tried her best to fit the upper filling.. well thanks, glad you didn't try your worst... won't be going back!

Absolutely fantastic. ..I have fybromialga and my teeth are very sensitive..I could not feel any discomfort at all...
The staff where extremely helpful and professional...I now have no worries of visiting this dentist practice...

Impressed by prompt response to request for appointment with dental infection. Within 45 mins of my appointment had been examined  X rayed and collecting script from pharmacy. Well done Genix Healthcare from a retired GP.

I am very happy to recommend Simona. She is gentle, kind and extremely competent. I am not a happy bunny "in the chair" but she (and her nurse) were sympathetic and sweet. I had no idea NHS dentistry could be so good.
