Been with the dental practice for a number of years and as ever, wonderful service! Efficient appointment booking process and online form filling beforehand.  Reception professional but with personal touch. Dentist very experienced with smooth and quick treatments. Highly recommended.

I was in a lot of pain and after nearly 10 surgeries refused to help, this surgery accepted me straight away and took care of me. Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Mr J Clarke I would like to recommend this dental practice as the staff are so amazing at the front desk I felt like part of a family But the Lady Dentist I was treated by has been the best ever she took out couple of my teeth and I didn’t feel a thing. Previously had a tooth out and the pain was horrendous thank you for a much better experience I don’t know her name but she’s absolutely wonderful 10/10

Firstly, The Dentist is a complete and Utter Shambles. Unprofessional practice. Dentristry work very poor and rushed. They keep you waiting weeks for an appointment. Once you finally get an appointment then you need to wait hours on end to be seen. No background checks done on Patients. Complete Medieval Dentist Practice. Run by Amatuers. Staff, lazy, unprofessional and rude. Please take your custom elsewhere. Minus OOOO+

It states on their website that they are accepting NHS patients. Just phoned up this morning to be told that they are not now as they are really busy and to try again next month. The state of this country, you can't even get reasonably priced dental care anymore. If you don't take NHS patients, take it off your website! I will be writing a formal complaint to the NHS complaints department regarding this and my MP.

If I could give 0 stars I would phoned up on 14 september at 9am 2022 and didn’t realise I had the wrong dentist practice The practice receptionist was very rude I gave her my details but I wasn’t on the system fair enough , but she became exasperated and very passive aggressive with me for no reason . She used words such as OMG CALM DOWN and I DONT NEED THIS .  Her manner and tone was disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge but she said nobody was there . I was so upset at her manner I went to the surgery at 10am as I had an appointment nearby I proceeded to take a picture of the front door phone number and the shop itself so I could leave a review and after a couple of minutes she let me in . I knew it was her because of her manner and attitude I have no idea when was going on in her mind but whatever was in there wasn’t good she proceeded to ask me was I takeing a picture of her and I said ‘no your not that important  love ‘as she then had my back up . I would never visit this surgery again I found it unsettling and judgemental the receptionist was rude condensending and arrogant in manner and conduct . It was a very bad experience and I would not advise anyone usd this practice also it’s quite obvious the woman had a chip on her shoulder no empathy and in my opinion should not be on the front desk serving customers as she is doing a disservice to all members of the community . Replying to the update on my review no I am not registered at your practice and I did call in today and went in person today to your dentist to complain I don’t have to be registered at your dentist to make a complaint and this complaint is true

I had a severe pain from last two day I called them today morning and They gave me appointment straight away the lady was very friendly and helpful I really appreciate their efforts and I’m really thankful definitely will visit again xx

I had been in pain with my wisdom tooth for a few days! Phoned in the morning and was seen that day by Mr Patel who kindly took my wisdom tooth out. Excellent service all round.

The worst dentist I have ever been to! I have come here so many times with a painful windom tooth that stops me from being able to eat or even open my mouth and I am told I have to wait a whole a year! When I came before this they were meant to put me on the referral and I have found out that they didn't even bother! Disgusting service

I have been a client of Dc Pattel for over 15 years. Staff and Service I’ve received is phenomenal all problems have been resolved and long-term results are amazing
