The best of the best.5 star service. Been using this practice for quite a few years now. Went on Wednesday for a hygienist appointment. She was professional yet so friendly, makes you feel at ease.she explains everything thoroughly and ensures you getting the best treatment at best price. The receptionist is absolutely fab. Caring and compassionate . Overall a lovely local practice with a good working team .exceptional service would highly highly recommend.

I never leave reviews but I had superb experience at capehill dental clinic. An amazing dental practice with highest level of skills, care and hygiene. The staff made me feel really welcome. Definitely one of the top place to consider when it comes to dental care in Birmingham.

Not my own dentist, but when i rang with a problem on Wednesday PM I was given so much help by the receptionist Shamila. On the same day she made me an appointment with the dentist and on dentist referral I seen the hygienist who I was really impressed with her. She spent time and thoroughly explained to me the brushing and flossing technique. Highly recommend this practice. Excellent service

Really not happy. I bought my 4 children in for check ups.. half an hour after the appointment time they called for the first child, fair enough people run late, but then the receptionist tells me that I have to leave 3 children and a baby unsupervised in the reception area as there is no room? How can you reasonably expect a 12 year old with Autism to look after another 8 year old child who also has SEN a 6 year child and a 9 month old baby? There was no mention of this when booking the appointment or I would have booked them separately!

All staff was so lovely they made me feel really at ease as a nervous patient. The dentist was really great and explained the treatment plan and the cost in details. Super helpful team . Great experience!

Kiran is a brilliant hygienist, so professional and caring and my teeth always feel amazing super clean after a visit. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable in the surroundings. She is so friendly and goes above and beyond with any treatment, precise and thorough. Kiran gives you tailored advice suitable for your oral hygiene care, can see the benefits after regular dental treatment. Excellent dental practice, highly recommend.

Alway Had great experience at Capehill Riverdale . Lovely helpful staff . Never had issues in booking appointments. You feel welcomed from the moment you enter the surgery . Wonderful people definitely recommend this place.

They will lure local people in by saying they accept NHS patients but when someone books they only offer private appointments that cost alot more money.  As of Feb 2023 the website says they are accepting NHS patients. But when my wife went in they gave her a private treatment and said NHS wasn't available!  They still haven't changed the message on the website. It says they are accepting NHS patients. See reviews below from Korin Hennesy 7 months ago and Lucy Taylor 4 months ago. This place is still on the grift.  There's a better dentist down the road that doesn't exploit local residents!

I have been attending the practice for many years both shamila and parveen have always been welcoming and pleasant. Kiran the hygienist did an excellent job, she was very gentle and patience.
