Great surgery went in because i was able to get an appointment straight away . I thought I had a tooth infection they explained everything in detail and I had an X-ray . Really nice dentist and the dental assistant. I have been with this dentist for years
Ridiculous, called for over 20 minutes as the doors and shutters were down for my appointment finally got through to be told they'd moved...over a year ago and haven't bothered updating Google or patients.
They expected me to make all my decisions by providing me with shallow information I am not an expert. I had to get my crown done. Just because i said i need few days to decide on which one to go for, they closed my case. On top of all this, they said they cannot reopen my treatment. The funny thing was that... before all this, i called them to ask for an appointment to continue my treatment. If they had closed my case, why would they give me an appointnemt. So, they closed my case after giving me an appointment. Nevertheless, i went to a different practice and they carried out my treatment straight away. This is my experience and i would NOT recommend anyone to go or send their child to this practice. Very Untrustworthy. Unprofessional staff.
Cancelled a whole 1hr appointment after driving 30 mins just because I was 10 mins late due to traffic on the street leading up to the practice. Changing dentists immediately. Very poor service!
I'm going to appointment seating down an hour appointment time past an hour ago no call me. I have teeth filling done but filling come out all the time no good quality materials. No good service as well.
I had a broken tooth and it was giving me gif as it was my baby tooth called the dentist up and they asked me to me in and they took my tooth out which I'm glad they did they was really nice and very polite people
