I took my cat Shadow here, after my cattery was full. I was delighted with the all round service, shadow retunred her happy self. Sarah and John were lovely, and you can tell they really care for the cats. They regularly sent me photos and updates when I requested, which really put my mind at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely staff and service, Had an issue with moving in to another flat they dealt with taking care of my cat throughout the process of me moving and having problems around the way. My cat might have gotten attached to them by now but she’ll surely return whenever there is a need for that.

Our 2 cats love coming here and the service is excellent ,the cats are well looked after and love staying in the pens with access outside with a view of the big pond area.
