These people really care for your pet! It’s a simple as that! My dog is so nervous and hates anyone examining her to the point one vet elsewhere said they would have to sedate her to examine her anyway…. She has allowed all the ladies here to examine her mouth, shave her, take blood and give her 4 separate injection…. Animals do sense when people care! Happy to say my little Tina is on the mend and at the ripe age of 14 we thought that she wouldn’t come out of this with a happy ending so thank you! I will add these do not charge the earth in fact I thought I was under charged until I saw the break down bill! Just amazing all round!

This place has been fantastic staff amazing couldn’t of taken my dog to a better vets. She’s on the mend. Thanks great prices on treatment but would give my arm and leg for my dog but this place doesn’t charge that.

I took one of our dogs here today for her appointment.  Sometimes we have to wait beyond our appointment time if its really busy but today we were seen promptly on time. The vet is very good and gave me a lot of useful advice. We've been coming here for 15 years now so highly recommended

When other gets gave me only one option of putting my cat down there and then old age, Lower Place offered medicine and alternatives of which worked well. Also reasonably priced unlike well-known franchised vet practices.

IV used these vets for a few years , not fancy but staff are great and loving with the animals , prices are cheaper than other local vets but the care for animals is brilliant , also for the owners when a beloved pet needs to be PTS , the help and care given to me a few years ago when my 4¹/² year old dog needed help was immense they went above and beyond , it didn't have a happy ending but I'm so grateful to them . My recent visit with my Staffy was worrying but 5 days later she's back to her happy self .

Despite being friendly and well-priced these vets don't really give the best vet service. Our cat came in with a uti, and a history of diabetes, they gave him antibiotics and sent us home we were told by another vet that they wouldn't do that, they would do tests. I asked the vet at Lower Place about mentioning that he needed a checkup and they weren't very insistent about. A few weeks later our cat was feeling poorly so I brought him in again. They couldn't do blood tests, because his blood was full of fat which should have been a red flag, but it wasn't for them. The next day, we took our cat to an emergency hospital where we made the difficult decision to put him down as he was dying from complications due to the diabetes that had returned and issues with his pancreas. This could have been caught and we trusted the vets to be proactive.  Take your pet here for simple things like vaccinations or routine checkups... Anything else, I'd go elsewhere.

From day one these guys have absolutely amazing!!! Nothing it too much trouble. Right until the end my dog passed away their care and compassion was exceptional. I recommend this vets to all

Been to see entertainment Craig Lee from benidorm, what a fantastic time spent with my friend, the entertainment was awesome. Bit of a small pub but staff was very inviting . Not the sort of pub I'd normally go to but was a great atmosphere, thank you.
