Hi would just like to say thank you for putting my faith back in to taking my pets to a veterinary clinic. Our much loved Conure, Skittles fell ill suddenly on a Saturday, I was in work and my 12 year old son was beside himself, his dad took our little feathered friend to Heywood, there was nothing they could do for him but the sympathy and care was going above and beyond. Thank you so much you have made a very sad time a little easier and the personal Sympathy Card we received again what a lovely gesture. As animal lovers and a varied bunch we have! We will recommend and be using your vets again, thank you x
Been with Heywood Vets for 7+years , I have two rabbits and take them twice a year, maybe more if need an extra check or nails clipping. Allways been a positive experience, receptionist lovely and helpful , and vets/vet nurses knowledgeable, caring, kind. I will continue to use Heywood Vets.
Really professional team here, receptionist deserves a mention as she fitted us in at short notice this morning and expliained clearly how to give the medication. Very happy with the service.
I saw Hannah and she was so kind and gentle with my cat, from entering the reception area you could tell that this was a warm and friendly practice and the fees were very reasonable
We are happy to take our two cats to Heywood Vets. The Pets Plan is ideal for us and the reminder texts are very useful when various treatments are due.
Excellent staff took as much time as we needed explaining everything in detail couldn't do enough for our schnauzer and us too highly recommended
Best bets for cats I’ve been to by leaps and bounds. Lovely knowledgable staff. Didn’t do every test possible just to end up with the first outcome, confident and concise diagnosis, didn’t put my pet under unnecessary stress thanks again!
Thank you for looking after PJ, you are all so caring, first time he's been to vets in UK, can't faulter you the care and attention he got was amazing, he had no problem whatsoever, and has no side effects from his opp. Expensive yes But if you love your pet well worth it, highly recommend you,thank you for putting my mind at ease.
When my dog nearly died having numerous seizures, he was treated promptly with the upmost care & compassion. The staff were amazing and saved his life.
Thankyou so mucth to the staff that tried there best with my bearded dragon gizzmo sadly he had to be put asleep and were all very sad as he was very loved i received a card from heywood and just wanted to say thankyou for all u did ur a brilliant vets and very well recommended r.i.p gizzy ur so missed
