Great service from Smartheat. From a leak on the stopcock to completion, the engineer worked his socks off to ensure we had a safe and leak free house. Speedy response to call out, and fixed within the hour.

Disappointed I'm sitting here with one radiator working downstairs. No hot water and cold water coming out of kitchen sink. No way of washing or having shower. Have to carry a bowel of water up stairs to flush toilet.
