Peterborough Flooring offer an exceptional service . The family business where they don’t take your business for granted . You feel as though they are helping you get the result you are looking for . Third house done by Steve for us  and team , my daughter / parents / in-laws have all used and numerous friends . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you want a hassle free experience . My mum and I entered this store with two young children and were treated so nicely by all staff. The lady who served us knew I had come from out of the area and even though she knew it would not be best to supply and fit for me, nevertheless, gave us so much time and information all with a smile on her face and a really warm energy.  We left the store feeling really positive and both made the same comment to each other that we had just experienced wonderful customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had an idea of what I wanted when I visited the store. I spoke with someone in the store who showed me a few different ideas and although the store was busy was friendly and not pushy at all. I arranged for someone to come to my house and measure up. He arrived on time and Again very friendly and explained everything answered all my questions and costed everything. We had to wait a few weeks for fitting which was fine as we were redecorating. So on to the fitters 2 great guys who worked tirelessly to get the job done. Also very friendly and courteous arriving on time for both days they were at my house. I will definitely use this company again and strongly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have been a regular customer of Peterborough flooring for over 20 years at my home and i have used them for my business. I can say that the service from start to finish has been exceptional and i would never go anywhere else. Highly reccomend.

Visited to try and get a new threshold entrance matt, obvious there was a minimum order size and I only needed a small piece ! Without any fuss I was taken to the warehouse, were there was a perfect off cut size and colour ! It was cut to size there and . Perfect service, minimum cost. Both Gentlemen could not have been more helpful and friendly, thank you .

We recently had new wooden flooring in our lounge/dining room and  new Karndean flooring laid on top of existing ceramic floor tiles in kitchen and through to hallway.  PFS have done an absolutely fabulous job, first class and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly,  knowledgeable staff,  keen prices too.

Very dissatisfied with karndean flooring sold for use in our new kitchen we were not told it was not suitable with the bar stools and some types of rubber on the bottom of chairs used as an antislip devise to stop them from tipping over , as the flooring can react with certain rubbers this has happened to ours and gone yellow around the bar stools we have contacted the the flooring company and yes they agreed to replace the section of flooring that was yellowing , told me to wait for a reply from karndean the makers of this floor type , i have not heard from either the makers or this floor company and that was weeks ago sadly they do not seem to understand that if we were told of this unfit for purpose flooring we feel we were missold we would not have purchased it for our new kitchen.

Top class, best floor fitters in Peterborough! Always a solution to a problem.
