Friendly. Good prices, great quiz on a weds
Thank you John Walker for your review re Wednesday's quiz nights. I try to keep it fun, yet challenging & re-vamp with new ideas occasionally. It's people like yourself that keeps it going good. I'm glad you enjoyed it. My Poker evenings on a Thursday are also going from strength-th-strength with a regular 16 players too. I now hold horse/dog racing days there too, every 6 weeks or so. If you liked the quiz, you would love the racing days. I look forward to seeing you there again. Dawn
Newly refurbished and lots of plans for the future makes this lovely local pub well worth a visit!
Had a lovely time was going to go home, really glad I didn't.
Went here for my great nieces gender reveal party. The staff were great....and made me instant coffee all afternoon as they don't usually do coffee, but was willing to put themselves out on my behalf...thanks so much.
Under new ownership. Polite bar staff. They welcome families and dogs. They are in their 2nd week of opening, so obviously some things are changing but they are open to suggestions. They don't have fruit machines and don't allow illegal gambling.
Nice friendly pub with great quiz night every Wednesday. Pop along.
Only went there for wedding reception so can't really comment.
