The location is so close to city centre, supermarket and very close to train station.. All the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. The room was super clean. Value for money. As a three star hotel all things were perfect.nnI would recommend this hotel and definitely i will come back.
Absolute gem of a hotel, literally minutes away from Dundee train station. Despite the proximity, you cannot hear any trains.nRoom was clean and comfortable, two chairs and a desk in the room, large television, hairdryer and a safe.nTea, coffee regular and decaf, milk, sugar and sweetener are provided. Along with a cordless kettle.nSmall Tesco next door where you can purchase a selection of groceries, get a Costa from a machine, buy a selection of baked goods if you don't want the hotel breakfast.nShower was huge and amazing! Rain or handheld faucet options, shower gel/shampoo is provided in a single dispenser.nBar area serves crisps, muffins and other light snacks. Huge seating capacity and a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a drink.nStaff were friendly and attentive.nWould highly recommend.
The location is really practical and the rooms are rather big and spacious. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is breakfast available which is really good and has a nice view upon the city. The hotel is very quiet and we did not hear a single neighbor or anyone Walking down the hallway. Can definitely recommend.
This location is extremely convenient. It is right by the train station and just across from the V&A and the Discovery exhibit. The staff greeting us on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful and even called to let us know when our rooms were ready, given that we arrived quite early before check in of 3pm. The room is clean and there are spare pillows stacked above the cupboard for hanging up shirts.
The room is modern and clean.nI wouldn't say it was completely accessible as there isn't much room to manoeuvre.nThe bathroom is accessible.nThe service on arrival was short and sweet but good.nYesterday, we had left wet towels on the bathroom floor, and they were picked up and shoved on the shelf, including a hand towel, which was soaked, was left on the towel rail next to the toilet. Hopefully, when we go back today, we will have clean towels for a shower tomorrow!nDrinks at the bar very expensive a magnets and a brandy with cola £18nWe had breakfast the first day, and it was very average, and not a lot of choice, at, I think £9 each.nI forgot to mention that there isn't room for 2 persons luggage in a tiny open fronted wardrobe and no chest of drawers. We lived out of a suitcase for 5 nights.
