We had two lovely delivery men. Who knew exactly how to assemble. The whole process. Buying delivering. Assemble has been outstanding. What a brilliant first time experience with electric beds. I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THIS COMPANY.  I ORDERED THE SINGLE DIVAN BED FOR MY SON IN BLACK, TWO DRAW STORAGE AND HEADBOARD, WITH FREE DELIVERY FOR £129.99! YES- £129.99!! THE GUYS CAME DOWN FROM WAKEFIELD, YORKSHIRE AS SOON AS THEY HAD ENOUGH DELIVERIES IN THE SOUTH. THE BED CAME AROUND A WEEK LATER. THE BED IS GREAT, MY BOY LOVES IT. STORES ALL OF HIS CLOTHES, AND HE HAS A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.  THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE. WHAT CAN I SAY - THANKS SLEEPKINGS!!

I purchased a double divan guest bed in champagne crushed velvet on 8 January 2018. I then cancelled this order the same day as I realised it would not fit into my apartment. 

I cancelled this order online by sending an email and I also rang and spoke with someone from your company who advised me to cancel this order online. 

I cancelled it online by sending an email three times, including your website platform and I have proof of these cancellation of order emails. However a week later on Monday 15 January, someone rang me asking me what time I would like the bed to be delivered the following day. I explained to them that I had cancelled this order a week before as I do not have the space to place the bed in my apartment.

I spent a good 2 hours on and off the phone that Monday 15 January explaining that I had cancelled this order. I was told to expect an email detailing the cancellation of the order and my refund. As of today, Friday 26 January, I have yet to receive a cancellation of order confirmation email and also details of my refund as money was taken out of my account although I cancelled the order the same day I made it.

Very poor service. Took ages for mattress to arrive. Came rolled even though eBay listing specifically said 'Not Rolled' (mattress can be damaged by rolling!) so was not even taken off lorry. Informed company immediately and after over 2 weeks chasing only got partial refund. Now eBay taken on case as company has broken consumer right act (well done to eBay as they are refunding us and taking on company directly).

Stay away from this company!!

Business lacks ethics. I ordered 5 mattresses which arrived promptly. These are for a holdiay let. 4 of the 5 were correct. I was advised to choose the better quality ones. However one was the lower specification. I agreed to accept this as they offered me a £20 refund in December. We are now in March and despite several emails back and fourth all promises of a rufund have not been actioned by Sleep Kings. It is a pity as I have 2 other sets of beds to replace however I will now take the business to a local supplier. I would avoid this company based on poor business ethics and total lack of customer service.
