Delighted with our new built in wardrobes from Dreamlux. We had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest of the three however the quality is fantastic. The fitters were friendly and considerate whilst working in our home and the finish is outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Dreamlux have just finished by new fitted bedroom. I am absolutely thrilled with it. Prior to contacting them I had a quote from a well known bedroom company which far exceeded their quote. They built the fitted wardrobes into the loft eaves and even built me a dressing table to match ( a space i felt would be a challenge but i have lots of space). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!

Don't choose Dreamlux if you want prompt pleasant efficient installation with people you can trust. Dreamlux were to fit wardrobes and a library. The job should have taken a week at most. We were messed around with ordering and paying the deposit. Works started on Aug 30th. The fitters turned up at 1030h and left by 1430h, if they turned up at all. On the 6th Sept I pointed out that shelves were missing off the installation, the fitters knew nothing, so I sent an email, it was not read. We went away on our honeymoon on the 7th, and were sent messages that the work would be finished. We returned 10 days later and no one had been in our property. We then spent time writing letters to get them back to finish their work. We no longer trusted them after the lies and broken promises. October the 14th, they asked for money, but they still had not finished. Shelves did not fit, or missing, paint finish was not acceptable. Despite snagging on Nov 3rd they falsely accused us of having this work done without ever expecting to pay them, and started to remove it! I called the police. Bullying and offensive. We look at the library now and it is tainted by the memory of their awful behaviour. I hate it. Part of me wanted them to remove it, as I don't like threats, especially when unwarranted. One of them said, "well, you'll be dead before me". An appropriate remark as I wanted the job done quickly and without fuss as my husband is terminally ill. I don't think this company has grasped the concept of never insulting a customer, especially when they (Dreamlux that is) are in the wrong.
