Dead end rd, but always quick unload. Reverse out due to area
Not a single fault. I am only a DIYer and often find myself out of place when i speak to builder merchants, my knowledge is ok, but nothing special about this type of thing. I spoke to a few different people, Steve and Rob to name 2, and each one was incredibly helpful, and understanding. Value for money was incredible and delivery was prompt. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all
Great lads in here, however, health and safety is killing the place of which contradicts itself, i.e. not allowed on the back of your lorry?? But they let a hiab driver work with his crane in the dark without any lights on it.joke.
Not the best place for an artic to get in and out of and the approach road is a joke, too many park cars.

James Burrell has recently purchased our cast iron metric air bricks from us for a customer at their Gateshead branch. Its not the first order we’ve had from them, in fact we’ve been supplying these guys with cast iron grilles and grates since 2010 - they were one of our first customers . We are very grateful for the custom and wish you all well on any future projects

Hi, My wife and I have just tried to visit James Burrell Ossett but as we were in our car we returned home not wishing to try to park on a bomb site. A wasted journey; we'll buy elsewhere. How many other prospective customers do the same? Kind regards, Colin.
