Terrible customer service. Too busy chatting to friends to acknowledge I had walked in the shop. Poor stock and generally a little run down. I would choose to go to any supermarket for a helium balloon and party things than this shop which is a shame as I like to support small local shops.

Really good, friendly staff who went out of their way to sort out an issue. Baloons lasted another 9 months after the birthday!!!!
