Parking with Skyport was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The advertising for this facility emphasises the use of CCTV and fences to provide security and assurance, this was one of the reasons I felt comfortable using this Company. However, this was of no use when I returned to find the front of my car had been damaged. Although I appreciated the Company probably did not cause the damage, there was no support in relation to finding the person who did. Firstly, it took 5 days to get a response, which when received stated there was no evidence of damage occurring in the Skyport carpark, even though I was 100% sure it did. I then questioned if my car was covered by CCTV and requested a screen shot to provide evidence my vehicle was covered by CCTV. A very rapid response was received, giving a link to the Company’s Terms and Conditions. These state the Company has no liability for damage occurring on their site and that full CCTV coverage is not a given. On a positive, the drop off and collection service was very efficient. However, for me this does not offset a lack of support when I returned to a damaged car.

Friendly, professional service. No problems at all. Great value for money. Will definitely be using in the future.

Cannot fault the service provided by Skyport. I have used them twice now and on both occasions I've been taken straight to the airport when I've arrived and only had to wait 5 minutes when I've returned. I had previously been using the airport carpark but Skyport saves me considerably. Thank you for an excellent service, I will continue to use them throughout the year.

Was okay, used Google to find it. Quick transfer. Short wait at pick up point in return. Very reasonable.
