Expensive and Unreliable
Were given 2 rooms at the Premier Inn A23 Airport way and told us that this hotel was only a "5 minutes walk" from the South Terminal. It was night, was raining and we were 3 persons over 65 - one of us 75 years old that needed a walking cane. After almost geting lost, we had to take taxis back and forth!!.
 We had been given disabled rooms (91GBP each)!!!! A joke!!!

Don't go to these guys if you miss your flight. They will rip you off. Nimus 5 stars for these guys.

Appalling service and manners from both desks in North/South terminal. Complete rip off merchants. Go direct to the airline you want to travel with or buy online. 
Would post 0 stars if possible

Awful. We got our flight cancelled with Vueling. Somebody in Skybreak told us to go to the Hotel and told us to be at 4 AM in the B section of the South terminal because we were going to be transferred to Luton Airport in a coach. At 4AM me and another 17 people were waiting for the coach that did not appear. There was no one at the airport from Skybreak at 4AM nor at 5AM. We had to chase some information guys in the airport to help us, they brought as a coach and we went to Luthon. Skybreak just takes money for doing nothing. Avoid it at any cost.

Deceptive policies. I was coerced into signing a non refundable £50 fee. My 2 purchases were seperated so they could charge £50 again. Beware tourist trap at Gatwick Airport.
