Absolutely terrible. Staff are so bitter about their jobs and take it out on customers. Refused to do a price match even though I called dixons customer service and got them to confirm that they should price match it. The guy spoke to the customer server rep and told her no! Returned items after our holiday and ordered in Amazon instead. Never ever shop here. Everything is overpriced and the staff are bitter and jealous. I actually feel sorry for them.

They claim it is cheaper than online and high street but it is not. I have never bought anything from there and don't see the reason why I would.

Try to buy anything here tax free! I flew to USA and tried to buy Bose QC35 but they were just £10 less than anywhere else outside of the airport. When I asked, staff told me they charge everyone the same (EU & non EU flights) to make it fair for everyone. That's not fair to someone flying outside the EU that is entitled to the lower price
