Jennie spun some wool just for me and I'm thrilled to receive it. It's top quality wool and such a lovely range of colours. A real treasure trove of hand spun skeins and patterns. Really glad the shop is there it's a reason to visit the town.
Amazing craft studio and shop. Beautiful hand spun yarn, amazing array of buttons and work by local artist on display until the end of August. Cosy and friendly atmosphere.
I am a textile artist, working with Harris Tweed & wool yarns. It can be hard to get exactly the right colour yarns for my work. Jenny works with me to produce bespoke yarns that are perfectly spun & just perfect for my work.
Fascinating to watch Jennie spinning wool in the shop and she was incredibly helpful in explaining more about it. If you have any interest at all in wool and wool crafts, this is the one place you MUST visit!
What an amazing find. I needed some buttons for a craft project and I was spoiled for choice. Great value for some very different buttons, which I know other people will envy!
