I was desperate for a hose to use as a down pipe for our new grey aluminium pergola. Couldn't find anything matching online. When I rang Hose World, the gentleman was so confident when telling me what would be the best option. Even though I didn't see the picture of the product, ordered the suggested one and to my surprise that was really the best possible match. I didn't see that hose anywhere else online. I am so glad, I asked, otherwise I was going to struggle so much. I had to give them another call as the order didn't turn up on time, they checked it with the courier and come back to me pretty quick with the explanation that the courier lost my order and they shipped another one straight away. I wish all my online shopping experiences was that easy and comfortable. Thank you VERY much Hose World!
I've ordered from this website 3 times within the last week or so, and I have to say, the service has been brilliant. My first two orders came via next day delivery, even though I paid for standard delivery. I made a mistake on my third order, and when I called the guy sorted it out for me within minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.
After a quick phone call for some advice, we placed on order online for the correct hoses we needed to get a job finished. Parts arrived by lunchtime the next day, this meant we were able to get the job finished ready for road test. Thank you for your fast and efficient service, will recommend you to others.
Good hose , very slow service, not to be rushing
Helpful staff, plenty of air hose but not so many fittings.
Wrong hose then wrong size fitting not happy
