Had a wonderful treatment today with Donna-Marie. From start to finish, staff are welcoming and the clinic is beautiful. My treatment was exactly what I needed and Donna-Marie was so lovely and made me feel immediately at ease. I will be making this my regular spa for definite. Thank you x

Judith is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They provide a professional service with a great range of treatments. The experience is truly relaxing, enjoyable and it is worth every penny.

Cannot believe what Nicole and myself just had to go through while trying to get a treatment done. How can someone in a profession that supplies treatments and a service discriminate against a young adult with learning difficulties? We go to skin medi spa on the Lisburn road for laser treatment for Nicole. Our appointment was pushed back to a later time than usual and even then when we arrived we where left to wait over 30 minutes for her treatment! While waiting we were asked to "keep the noise down" and "to be quiet" by a receptionist after the manager had walked past us without apologising for the wait or about any noise complaints .. I explained to the receptionist that Nicole has special needs and is only talking and cannot be any quieter than what she was being. There was a client in for a massage at this time who had made complaints about the "loud noises" the loud noises being my Nicole talking to me about her day.. I went down the stairs to see what was happening and to request my money back as the wait was too long for Nicole. The client and manager came down the stairs and stated that it was her that made the complaints about "loud noises" and she had children with learning difficulties and she would not get on this way. The manager Judith then said she wouldn't talk to me on this matter as I was told she was under pressure?? and stated that she didn't know nicole and had only seen her once before.. I found this funny as she had performed Nicole's treatments in the past. How can someone belittle disabled kids so easily? This woman has happily been taking our money for months for this treatment to the tune of nearly £500 with no issues, Today however she pushed our appointment back to fit in a £210 massage and then continued to offend my daughter with a request to be quiet?! Her attitude was disgusting and she made my daughter feel like she'd done something wrong Nicole kept saying "it's not my fault" Judith left the resolution of this complaint to her receptionist saying I should come back tomorrow for my money! I just found it so disrespectful that the manager made such a big scene and difference between Nicole and other clients without learning difficulties. Nicole was a paying client like anyone else there and had made to feel second best and forgotten about. No apology for running late and an argument to get my money back.. Be wary if your bringing your young adult or child here as there seems to be little knowledge or respect to what they go through everyday.

Skin Medi Spa is an excellent venue, Judith Mulgrew has been here for a number of years and is very well established. They use Elemis products, primarily and I've been here for IPL, eyebrow waxing, nails, massage and spray tan. All services are well provided and very reasonable costs.
