I had a fantastic experience. My therapist Michelle was professional and extremely helpful. She recommended the best treatment for me and I felt pampered throughout. I will definitely be back!

I decided to try a Caci Facial and was thrilled with the results. The therapist who treated me was really helpful, talking me through each stage of the treatment and tailoring it specifically for my skin type. I actually fell asleep during the treatment as it was so relaxing!

I love Aaromatica and Michelle provides an excellent, friendly, professional service and is always ready to advise. All the treatments are fab but the facials are particularly amazing!

Treated my friend to a facial here and Michelle was AMAZING! So knowledgeable, professional, and delightful. Have never felt so fabulous after a facial! Highly recommend :D

Really poor customer service. I was offered an appointment at 5pm. When I arrived, I was told they were running late asked if could I come back at 5.30pm. Not a problem. I came back then and waited another 20 minutes. At which point I was shown into a treatment room and left to wait for another 10 minutes. Eventually, I left. I NEVER have an hour to myself and it was an hour wasted without explanation or apology. Don't go if you value your time and want to be treated with respect.
