Took my 10 year old daughter & we had a great time. The staff were great & very helpful. We went on the toboggan & the rings but preferred the toboggan. We were there for a couple of hours but as it’s not very far we are looking at going back. There are other things you can do there but as we were doing a flying visit as we had other places to go to so didn’t have time, we’ll do them on our next visit as they looked fun.
Went here for my wedding reception on 29th April 23. We had an amazing time and the staff were all so lovely. Big thanks to Darlene and Claire for helping it run so smoothly. Will definitely need to return so my wife can enjoy the activities better without being in her dress. Everyone had the best time and the staff were understanding with guests Thank you for making it a special day
Excellent experience. My partner and I had our first skiing 1-1 lesson here and we had a great time. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgable. I didn't know what to expect beforehand but was very pleased that after an hour I felt confident on the skis and excited to learn more. Can't wait for the next lesson.
Wish I had taken notice of the reviews before booking, several mention booking online then being told on arriving "tobogganing has just been closed" no reason given, offered alternative "experience" but wanted refund then told can't refund immediately as head office need to authorise. Travelled best part of a hour Very disappointed grandson. WILL NOT BE RETURNING One week later still waiting for refund
Food was nicely cooked and presented, despite being given to another table. No sausages available for all day breakfast, not advised until you notice them missing! No replacement offered until asked. Toilets in terrible conditions with no running hot water even though the tap is clearly marked hot. Open bins left in restaurant and chairs left on tables the wrong way up. Hard to find a fence not broken or attached to the ground, does Stevie Wonder conduct the health and safety reviews? Poor signage. The grass slope has seen better days. General maintenance for the toboggan run appears to be none existent, thought fun once your on it. Staff friendly and state it's a good company to work for.
Very nice place to spend a day with kids. Great sport activities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to use all sport equipment and kids can run around by them selfs while they enjoy the activity. The activities are outside so in sunny day is very great place but maybe in rainy day its not the best place. Definitely the kids will have a fun day out tubing and tobogganing.
Tobogganing was such a buzz and would be fun for all ages. Staff was friendly and the activities are not overly priced.
Fun relaxed afternoon for our not so young group aged 59 to 20 for my niece's birthday. Staff were great so non participate baby Noah could be held by various relatives well out of the way, but all cold have a turn on the toboggan and Sno tube
Fun day out at this leisure centre. Actually it’s a dry ski slope, where you can get in an inflatable rubber ring and slide down the slope. A lot of fun. The tobogganing is really fun. The place could do with a little update as in places it looks run down. Overall a fun and tiring day out. Oh, wear practical shoes!
Went today and sadly the centre lets down the staff who were very good. Its desperately in need of refurbishment especially on main slope and drop slide. The toboggan wasnt working at all due to "maintenance" so overall i wouldnt revisit again until it has had some urgent cash injection and the refurbishment has been completed
