Perfect little corner of paradise. Staff are great food is awesome. There are lodges with hot tub and living caravan type places to stay the night. Children friendly, afternoon tea for two £30 children eat for £1 great little place for a Sunday afternoon treat. Check opening hours as they are not open all day. Play area is great but a little dangerous as the ground full of large/small stones around the pirate ship. Highly recommend by our family. #amazingdayZ #skeltonmill

This is a lovely little place, we had a one night stay in the lodge with private hot tub and breakfast included, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, food is great too. Highly recommended and I'm sure we'll be returning again
The place is a hidden gem, the owner dave was very welcoming and lovely he was very keen to keep us happy and make our stay comfortable. great guy to have a enlighten conversation. The service if very nice. The lodge came with a cosy hot tub and quite reasonable priced. Definitely a place to get away for a few nights.
Just had a meal here. Great value and yummy. We were a society or you have to stay in one of their luxury pods in order to eat there.Food: 4/5
Unrivaled service in every way. Excellent location and adapt to all needs. Professionalism in every area of guest service. Awesome Team was brilliant, Miss Natalie made Us to have the best experience We have ever had. Rooms and common areas where tidy and clean. Looking forward to go back and enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended.
My partner and me absolutely loved it here when we stayed over for one night. The owner is the nicest bloke you'll ever wish to meet. We had no cash on us, just bank card and he took us to the local shop to get some money out. The breakfast and evening meal is delicious. The hot tubs are best in class. They're so warm and bubbly. We decided to stay in a pod rather than one of the cabins but we are so pleased with the choice we made. The decor inside the little pods are lovely. It feels like a little home from home. Next time we go we will definitely be coming for two nights instead of just the one.
It is everything the overwhelming majority of previous reviews say it is.Food and accommodation are first class.We cannot recommend Skelton Mill as a relaxing hideaway highly enough.Stayed two nights as a couple and we are already working towards going back.
Stumbled on this place by accident and found it to be lovely location with a different type of outdoor building and unusual stuff dotted around. Sat outside plenty of tables. Cafe inside small but adequate if you sat inside. Bit pricy but we all ordered 4 Cheese toastie £5.75 and 1 ham salad toastie is more expensive than M&S n most cafes when it came it looked and tasted like 2 slices of toast with cheese inside didn’t look like it had been on a toast machine. It advertised cheese and tomatoe toastie with homemade coleslaw and salad. What came was 2 tiny cherry tomatoes cut in half plenty of cheese 1 teaspoon of coleslaw and about 6 leaves out of a bag of salad we commented to the lady who served it and she agreed it was stingy. 1 person on got ham salad £6 this looked lovely with about 2 tablespoons of coleslaw which was the right amount Staff nice and friendly. I would go back but not for toastie
Excellent stay from start to finish dave was amazing took the time to make us feel so welcome the accommodation was more than we expected the beds where so comfy the food was amazing had a DJ on and it was a Wednesday night felt like a Saturday night will be going back soon thanks skeltonmill for a top notch night
