I booked a taxi on Friday night 29/12/17 for new years Eve. I booked the taxi to pick me up at 7.30 and take me to my friend's party in Waterloo and to pick me up at 1 am. I was very clear on the phone and I double checked. He turned up on time at my house and I gave him the address. I again double checked that I was getting picked up from the address given in Waterloo. When it got to 1am there was no sign of the taxi. I was outside on time to see if the taxi was there and it wasn't. I kept on checking. I waited until 1.10am before I rang but there was no answer. I kept on trying. I rang other numbers and until I got through to Fenay Bridge taxis. It was only because he was let down by customers that he was able to pick me up. I didn't want to be stood at my friend's house having to sleep on sofa so booked a taxi there and back in advance and then this happens. I am absolutely fuming. It is not on. I double check on the phone, I double check in taxi that I'm getting picked up at 1 am but I still get messed about. I will not be booking again. For some reason it is showing 2 stars. I have only put 1 star for my review as I got a good service to my destination

Awful service. Promised taxi in 20mins, after 3 calls and being promised its 3 mins away, 1 hour later arrived with poor excuses. Just tell the truth to your customers..

Broke my arm. Used this firm to get me back and forth to doctors and hodpital. Nice drivers. Today I tried to book a trip to the doctors and was told a £3 journey would now cost £5. When questioned the controler told me because of the bad weather they were putting the prices up. The roads namely Scott Hill and the Wakefield Rd havent been blocked due to the snow. Just a very shabby way of making a profit for no reason. The drivers are great but the firm are greedy. I spent over £40 with them in the last few days they just lost a great tipper and a good customer. Im going to walk. Even with a broken arm I refuse to get ripped off.

Operators either do not answer the phone or are very unhelpful and lazy when they do. As for drivers they are extremely rude and do not listen to customers at all. Would not recommend.
