Just got a taxi using these people. Old post office to barugh green at 00.15hrs. the drivers attitude was disgusting. He drove far too fast. When I asked him to turn left he told us not to shout. Obviously in the wrong job! Don't use especially if your a lone female. You've been warned.
The drivers are great The company and their service is appalling. Pre-booked taxis for my daughters wedding, and both times had to phone and find out where they were. Over 45 minutes late, Why offer prebookings if it doesn't mean anything. App showed cars allocated and on their way, then went back to the looking for a driver. Staff on the phone very rude on both occasions will not use again and suggest others don't either.
Great service at 6am . Used these 3 times in a week car arrived within 10 minutes , auto phone booking or operator. payment by ap available and tracking so you can see where your driver is while you wait. Fair price and no messing about .
Booked taxi for 8 as car in garage, to take my kids to school and me to work. Waited till 10 past, called and was told its dropping off in town and will be directed to me. 25 past I get a call saying that a taxi is not coming and that there are no available taxis in the area. Service is just getting worse every day. I pre-booked a taxi to get me to a medical appointment 20 mins prior my appointment, it’s only a 4 minute journey, 16 minutes later taxi still not arrived. After calling the call centre I was told taxi was still not allocated to me and wasn’t going to be as there are not taxis available, when I asked is there any point in pre-booking taxis I was told well they are only allocated 5 mins before the time booked and if they haven’t got one available it’s tough! If I could put no stars I certainly would do.
Booked taxi for 6.50pm Saturday night. Received automated message saying taxi was in area. Still not arrived by 7.10pm. Contacted office to cancel. No apology given by office. 1st and last time I will use this company.
Shockingly bad. Pre booked and pre paid taxi never showed up. I needed to get to the hospital in Barnsley at a specific time as my daughter is in paediatric intensive care, my wife and I are taking it in turns to be with her, but because of this terrible service I've been unable to get there and she's been unable to rest. I want a full refund and a full apology
Taxi turned up 15 mins late . Said they’d been booked for an address that is similar to ours but in Sheffield and tried to charge us £9.50 for a 1.5 mile journey. Taxi driver raging and nasty. Taxi should’ve been £6 at most!
Wai tried calling twice after the car was 20 minutes late and they hung up on me twice. Car ended up being 45 minutes late causing me to be late for work. You're better off walking
Taxi was pre-booked well in advance and didn't show up at the time requested. Upon phoning the office, we were told that our taxi should be on its way to us within 5 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes, we contacted them again and was told quite bluntly that there were no taxis in our area and would be waiting another 40 minutes minimum. Customer service is appalling, avoid like the plague!!!
