A taxi company that seems incapable of arriving at times pre-booked for over a week. Two appointments in 2 weeks. Both late. I cancelled the first as it was time sensitive and made other arrangements, and the member of staff had the audacity to imply I was wrong to cancel when they were late.
Blue line is not a good taxi service, money laundering app expecially in barnsley. I lost 3 times money from my account and the taxi didnt come. When call them they will nicely hang up our call. Very bad service and good in money laundering.
They're the best Taxi firm in Barnsley but they're still a bit hit/miss. It mostly depends which dispatcher you get; some tell you they prioritise anything going to the hospital, others don't. Sometimes they can be brilliant in an emergency situation, and sometimes even at unusual times on a Sunday the bus somehow ends up being the more reliable option. I wouldn't object to paying 8x the £2 bus fare if only they could get a car to me within a reasonable window of time.
First of all, I'm an uber girl. There's no issues with them. No overcharging, no complaining, they just do their job. I get an uber to take me home from meadowhall which is £17-£20 But unfortunately due to train strikes I've had to find another company to take me to meadowhall because uber isn't really in my area. I discovered Blueline. Trust me, I wouldn't use an English dominated driving service if I didn't have to but I had to. My first problem with them was just the general drop off. I had the guy raise his voice to me just because I wanted to be dropped off in the area I requested and he was convinced that another location would be better for me. Very unusual, rude, and unnecessary. The next issue was with the next driver which I was already dreading he asked me how much I had been charged. I told him and he said that it should be an extra £6... Erm no. I've already paid you via card on the app the same price I got charged before. If you have an issue, take it up with the company that you work for. Anyway, I've started booking with City taxis who are so much better. I wouldn't recommend this company.
I normally don't put complaints for anything and I never had problems with this taxi service But tonight booked taxi from McDonalds to home and they said is hour wait witch was fine. Then when the taxi came the driver was rude Told me to tell my mum to hurry up to get in, was driving fast and laughed all the way, when we arrived home he picked on me for not giving him the right direction, laughed at me for wanting my change then as I was getting out he said Go have shower
Wait an hour for a driver for them not to notify us they had arrived and drive away call blueline basically says I should have stood out on the streets of grimethorpe in the pitch black to watch for them. No thats why your service has a call back to notify us when you came
My favourite taxi firm. Always on time and drivers are excellent. The only thing that could make them better is a better app with taxi tracking so you could see where they are and how long, the current app is very basic.
Absolutely trusted company, delivery on perfect timing.I got a good service from a female drive who was very patient with me and my kids on 6 Nov 2022.She was marvelous.Good staff Blue line.Thanks for your amazing service.
Orderd a taxi in advance. Waited outside our property 5 mins before it was due, they rang to say they was outside which we replied no as we are outside you must be at wrong address. They then put the phone down & didnt arrive. We rang the office who told us they left as we didnt come out which was a complete lie. They said they would send another but 15mins later no taxi arrived. We went to our destination by our car & didnt drink. There was no appology and we will never ring them again or recomend them to anyone
Absolutely shoddy taxi firm. I've travelled thr world and never, ever come across such incompetence and rudeness in my life. I would rather walk on broken glass, barefoot to get home. Total disgrace!!!!
