Great service in store from staff, despite being busy. Wife has a disability but Steve was really helpful in getting the right shoe and socks. Will return again soon!
Great store! Huge shout out to Jess who was SUPER helpful and managed to find me not one but *two* perfect pairs of shoes in the style, size, and fit I required I have quite large and wide feet, and I prefer a minimal style, so it can be tricky finding the right shoes. Thank you so much Jess!

I had a disappointing experience at the Skechers store on 6th Aug 2024 between 11 am 13 pm The staff refused to exchange my defective shoes, stating they only exchange if they were defective from the start. Who would knowingly buy defective shoes? They asked for a receipt, which I provided, but they didn't even look at it. After a long wait, they ignored us completely. This poor customer service and unhelpful attitude are unacceptable.
I am very happy with the sandals I bought from this store, but even happier with the incredible and kind treatment I received. Many thanks to Maya!
Service ok, very few staff around to help and once they get you a pair to try on, they just stand nearby and pressure you to take a decision and keep asking if it fits! I find it very uncomfortable. Because of this attitude, I avoid this shop and go to the one in Trafford.
I popped into the store today, looking to find a comfortable pair of smart shoes for work. I found a pair, but not in my size. Jess was assisting, and she mentioned that she could see if they were available online. Jess ended up checking stock at other stores and found a pair in my size at the Trafford Centre. She called them, checked that this was the case, and reserved them for me. Outstanding service considering I didn't buy anything from the store. I collected them later that day and am very pleased with my purchase but most of all my experience. Thank you Jess.
The sketches staff was amazing always buzy but still had time for your request
Bought some skechers in Blackpool . Got them home. Husband was giving them me for christmas . Went to put them on they were both odd colours and odd size. I would like to thank the lads who were there when exchanging . The Lads who dealt with us had a Liverpool accent. He was brilliant never questioned us . We will certainly go back to the market street shop in the near future. Outstanding service thankyou
