Phoned for a pizza 7.10pm phoned the 8.10 to be told the guy wrote the wrong address, second call 20 45 to be til it will be there shortly, phoned them 21.05 told them not to bother, 21.10 gut arrives, told him to take it back,second time this has happened it won't happen a third!!!

me and friends had order a simple order 3 cookie doughs and 4 slush puppy's. After waiting 2 hours and a half they finally showed up with the wrong order they have us 2 Cookie doughs 3 slushes and a box of Indian food. We stated to the man this was the wrong order and we had already paid he sad he will go back and get us a full new order. We listened and waited another hour for the man to show up. He did, with only 2 other cookie dough and no slushie. obviously we were very angry and called again where he said the parlour is very busy and it's " not their fault ". Absaloutly outaigous and never ordering from them again.

I have no words it was so bad. I usually enjoy the food however delivery time is always appalling. I phoned to confirm a delivery time as have paid by card via justeat and was given a lot of cheek from whoever answered the phone. I ordered roughly an hour ago however was argued against saying it was not even 20 minutes since my order was placed . Disgraceful customer service, was told order would be sent out...let’s see how long this takes.

Placed an order for 3 ice blasts, after exactly 2hrs of waiting I decided to call back to get told it was out for delivery, I further waited 45 minutes before calling again to get told that if it’s not arrived soon to phone back and they’ll get someone to deliver it when a driver is back as all deliveries were sent out! Finally came 3hrs10mins later to be like a cup of water and delivered by a guy who works at a different food place! Never again! Shocking!😤

Placed an order through just eat didn't receive rice with the curry although it Was ordered phone to complain girl was extremely rude ended up hanging up on her as she didnt want to listen then when bring the rest of the order out the bag it was cold called again I will assume the person I spoke to was either a manager or owner his customer service was worse than the girl before hand there was no offer to amend my issues and there was a lot of cash spent. This place was recommended to me however if I'm honest I would advise people not to use it as you wait to long for your order and then it's cold when it arrives not to mention they wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them on the face.
