Won in the draw for the pair of limited trainers, order received payment taken only to receive a further email later on telling me the order had been cancelled due to no stock. Very disappointing after being told I’d got the trainers, what’s the point in announcing and letting me know I’d got them if the amount of stock wasn’t available
I made an order on the 17th of January and I have not yet .can I get my money back as requested on the 2nd of February. You now telling me that the courier had delivered to my neighbour and, customer services cannot provide me with any proof of delivery. All courier takes pics on deliverying customers package so why you can't give me proof of delivery?
Went today Sunday 26 Nov at around 3.50pm. I was browsing the caps on the downstairs floor. I didnt notice I went behind the till because it was next to the cap section. A staff shouted at me "you went behind the till, do you work here?" in a mocking and aggresive way. My back was literally facing the till, i didnt look like i was trying to steal something. I felt absolutely insulted by his tone and language. Never experienced such abhorrent customer service before in any other shops. Dont know how much they have in their cash register that is worth degrading their customers like that.
Stunning garments on display, during sale season, the 1st floor is chaotic, hard to navigate for increased rails, and barely any organisation on the rails. For instance, you have to rummage through to find your size rather than other stores that put size cubes on or organised by size. Downstairs are the fitting rooms and a large Carhartt display, and much calmer and better laid out part of the store. Staff are always happy to help too.
Excellent customer service. Staff are really helpful and friendly here. A guy helped my daughter with trying on some trainers on Sunday- his care and attention was first class
Seeing a lot of the same comments here, took payment instantly then when contacted about a confirmation email was just past around advisors and not given a clear answer only to then be told that the order ‘couldn’t be processed’ even though they had already took the money! Had to wait for a refund even though they had took the money instantly Absolute joke, will not be shopping again Would warn anyone getting releases or drops to stay away
Ordered the Jordan 5 racer blue aqua. Took payment and was processing the order,4 days later I've received an email saying they can't fulfil the order and it has been cancelled. Not really sure why you allow people to overbuy a specific item when you only have a set amount in stock. Could possibly be staff members claiming items are damaged so they can purchase for themselves to resell. So annoying when you're waiting for your own money to be returned when they took it instantly. Probably to gain a massive ton of cash flow and gain a few days interest off before refunding,strange. Poor service.
I was promised a postage refund after having to return a pair of faulty shoes and after 4 months of contacting size? online numerous times about this, I still haven’t received my postage refund. Thoroughly disappointed in the service. Not sure how else to claim my money back!
