Bought a shed/greenhouse from these clowns around 2 years ago. Currently putting it all in the skip. That's how good quality it was! Customer care at time of purchase was poor at best. Just avoid and buy from reputable business.
Sent me a damaged item then said they will send me the spare parts to fix the issue. Really a good company would send you a replacement not beat around with spare parts ????
Ordered a shed from Sixty Stores via Sheds.co.uk. Shed arrive 5 hours past delivery window, damaged and was falsely advertised as having tongue and grove flooring but arrived with cheaper MDF panels instead. Contacted them multiple times, many emails ignored and wouldn't return any calls. Would advise anyone to steer clear of this company as have been ripped off with no solution given. Would give 0 stars if possible.

IT FITTED PERFECT LIKE A GLOVE. & WHEN IT RAIN'S ETC IT DON'T SOAK IN & RUIN YOUR GARDEN SET. 10 / 10 FOR EVERYTHING. I THINK ARGOS CHEAPEST ONE RANGED FROM £35 /. £45 ONWARDS. SO CHECK EM OUT THE SIXTY STORE'S YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
Brought a baby memorial for my Granddaughter, the parents loved it. I forgot the dash between her first 2 names but sent an email and they corrected it for me. Delivered quicker than expected.
Purchased a shed on sheds.co.uk which I have since found out is owned by Sixty Stores. The shed was delivered on 1st July 2022, assembled by our landscape gardener and carpenter and the final results were disappointing. The shed was very flimsy, the wood had split and the roof bowed within a couple of days.i notified the company on the same day of the issues. Sent photos and even a report by the landscape gardener who advised it was the worse shed he had seen. Sixty Stores only agreed to a full refund once I had sent them through their 7 day no quibble guarantee however a full week after the shed has been collected I am still waiting for my full refund. Customer Service were helpful with the order and even the initial raising of the claim. Thereafter I have had to chase for updates. I was advised that the refund would take 3-5 business days for processing but no sign of it, no one has confirmed it has been processed. Please consider carefully before purchasing through a company Sixty Stores owns.
Ordered log store not received it yet so will let you know quality when it arrives the delivery date I’ve been allocated is SIX WEEKS !!!!! from date of purchase I think I could of ordered one from china OUTRAGEOUS
Ordered a shed - only half of it turned up. Impossible to contact - had to do a dispute with PayPal. Only offered a partial refund and having to ship half the shed back at my expense to get it. AVOID.
Good quality, thick, cover at a reasonable price. Happy with this product. Also, I'd contacted customer services as it wasn't delivered to expected timescale I was aware item was on pre-order only at the time of purchase. Naomi contacted me back very promptly advising the stock was delivered slightly later than expected and was arriving 'as we speak'. Indeed I received my delivery a couple of days later. As previously mentioned very happy with the product and the service I received. Would recommend this company.
Very good supplier. We were after four covers for garden furniture - from a small BBQ to a large 8-seat table and chairs. The website was easy to navigate, with clear dimensions on each product. Ordering was simple, delivery prompt, and the covers are excellent - a good fit plenty of room, strong storage bag and high, durable quality we chose the Cover-Up range. We look forward to using these for many years - I thoroughly recommend them.
