Disappointed to have to ask for the discount that was advertised all over the shop - assistant said you only get it if you ask! Wool choices more limited than normal.

Excellent staff, wide selection of crafts for all ages and experience levels.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Anastasiaa, who helping me to be the club member on the app. Thank you very much.

Friendly staff and great selection of wool/yarn much better than the Solihull store where I usually go. I used the click and collect service which worked perfectly.
