Did a very good job. I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an excellent choice of carpets. I was impressed across the board.

Disgusting customer service. Management very rude to the point he had me in tears, spent nearly £2000 on carpet with problem after problem with quality and fitting. Had it fitted in July 2015, it is now January 2016 and they still haven't sorted it.  The amount of emotional stress they have caused me is beyond belief. Vile people. Avoid this branch!!!
