The staff here are just amazing! Can’t fault at all! They general just go above and beyond naturally. I watched them with all customers but for myself they were amazing. All of them but a shout out to the staff I dealt with Dominic, Les and the store manager who is so knowledgeable, clear, precise and moves around like a ninja quick and always with a smile! Thanks guys!
Booked through their website, choosing the most expensive insurance option available with everything included and 0 excess. However when picking it up was told that the assistance is not included and is extra £80smth which was annoying. Why don’t just state all the t&c’s CLEARLY online when booking so that there are no unpleasant surprises at the counter. This was super annoying as I’ve already spent a fortune on insurance thinking that everything is included… Other than that everything else was great. Convenient after hours return. Great customer service at the counter. Also got a diesel instead of petrol. I prefer driving petrol but i guess diesel turned out more economical and new diesels drive alright.
Very satisfied after my experience renting a car for the bank holiday weekend with Six at Queenstown Road. Andy met us with a smile and had such a 'can-do' attitude and was extremely solution orientated to ensure we could get safely on our way to our destination. Excellent customer service! We left with a smile and a great car that served us well that weekend.
Excellent customer service! I urgently needed to hire a van but after going to various hire companies I couldn't get a single one because it took too much time and effort and caused to much of a hassle. However, when I came to SIXT Battersea, they were very helpful and they had a van ready for me within an hour. I simply gave them my details and they gave me the van. No hassle,no wasting time and very simple and easy. I can't recommend them enough. If you need a hire vehicle ASAP this is the place to go.
The staff very friendly and helpful, the van had AC on a 39deg day! The depot location made picking up and returning simple. The van was a brand new model and had low mileage, the driving position and gearbox made a tedious task that much easier. I would recommend Sixt to work colleagues, friends and family!...
We had booked and paid for a van but when we arrived, none was available. They should have called to let us know but in fairness, they were very apologetic and helpful and made sure we got a van within 30 mins. Van was good, pick up, drop off, handover staff etc all excellent - good rental experience!
It's terrible experience with SIXT Rental, rude stuff don't have smile in they faces, tried to make me pay extra charges saying for protection what I refuse, they charge me big amount for deposit saying I will get refund after drop back, I hand the van over and I being told everything is good and I will receive full amount of deposit back, I received it £93 short without any explanation, how weird for big company to deal with its clients in that way and stress them out for no reason!!!! I suggest to go for well know companies and avoid all the headache.
Great service from the lady Deon, the young lady working beside her on the day, Dominykas and all the other staff at this branch. Deon made the experience seamless and if I am honest even got me a better car than expected in the Golf, which I enjoyed for this short period. She has a great personality, good communication skills and looked after my needs well. I would use the branch again and recommend to others. Thanks, Kwabena.
Worst experience I've had with a company in a very long time. They firstly were 2 hours late to allow me to pick up the van. Then no one was there at arrival at 10pm at night even thought they confirmed three times someone would be. Then they didn't issue me a refund and still on top of that still haven't given me my deposit back after 3 weeks. Would not recommend.
Do not recommend using Sixt. We were taken advantage of as US tourists in the UK. We had a prepaid reservation car & pick-up time which then required an additional $1300 upgrade fee when finally being serviced after a 90+ minute wait. Service was POOR at the pickup location and we were violated.
