Hired a van, was provided a van which had issues- Warning sign - Rear left door is open. Called up the office 4 times, kept getting fobbed off. Eventually swapped the van after about 2 weeks. In that time the door swung open on a country lane!
Could not recommend enough! Car was a bit of an upgrade, alot better than what we expected and couldn't fault it at all, seemless service and we were very well looked after by the Hinckley Team!

Yet another worry free experience at Enterprise Hinckley. The staff are very professional and helpful making hiring a car an easy job. Each and every staff member have their own attributes and they work so well together. It’s so obvious that the manager has a great repore with his staff and it shows their good work ethic. Booked and paid for a car for a week, canceled they day I was going to pick up the car and they refused to give me back my money for the week. 100% go somewhere else.
After hiring a vehicle from enterprise a few days ago I found that I needed to extend it for a few more days. After a call to the staff it was an easy process which was really helpful during a stressful situation. Thanks once again to the staff particularly Charlotte and Christina. You really go out of your way to be helpful.
I came to visit from Dublin, Ireland and I had an issue with my credit card. Both Whitney and Yahia were extremely polite and acknowledged that I was in big need for the car and they went above and beyond and have sent emails to people of higher ranking than themselves, even though that Whitney is a branch manager, in order to help me out. The Corsa I got was in spectacular form and without a drop of dust in it and a lovely staff member Cristina was superkind and showed me all the fe in great detail and made sure that I feel safe driving the car. Also, when they heard that I walked from my hotel to reach them they offered a ride back to the hotel upon my return of the vehicle. I gratefully accepted and I will be using Enterprise Car & Van Hire in Hinckley sooner than I myself expected. Great service!
The 1 star is because a refund was given. So, I hired a van to move my daughter from Swindon to Sheffield over 2 days. Went to pick up the van, drove it off noticed that the engine warning light was on. Not great when you have around 300 miles to do over a couple of days. Did a U turn to return it. Obviously, I shouldn’t be driving that van, but they had no suitable alternative they could give me! All I got was a refund and an incredibly stressful weekend completing said move with my small car. I had to make double the journeys to move my daughter in 2 stages! Enterprise, you should be constantly checking vehicles for maintenance issues the van in question was only a 19 plate, so not old! and given that, you should have readily available alternatives. Think very carefully before hiring a van from this company.
Very helpful and polite staff, came and picked me up so I could collect a courtesy car after mine had been written off. Can't fault them in any way
Hired a Ford Kuga for a week, efficient process and good to actually get the type of car you signed up for. Good communication from the Nuneaton branch informing me that Hinckley was closed when i made the booking, but would be open when i needed to collect the car. I also needed the car registration a few days before and it was good the car was already allocated. Staff are friendly and efficient, fast collection and drop off. Deposit refunded swiftly. Also used earlier on in the year when my insurance company provided me with a hire car; again excellent service.
