Story

Mae Siop yr Hen Bont wedi'i leoli ym Mhen-y-bont ar Ogwr. Mae'n gwerthu amrywiaeth o gynhyrchion. Mae'r siop yn brolio cymysgedd o bopeth sy'n draddodiadol a newydd yn niwylliant Cymru heddiw. Mae'r siop yn unigryw i'r ardal gan ei fod yn darparu gwasanaeth dwyieithog. Menter Bro Ogwr sy'n rhedeg ac sydd berchen ar siop.

Mae Menter Bro Ogwr yn elusen gofestredig sydd yn hybu ac yn hyrwyddo'r defnydd o'r iaith Gymraeg drwy gydweithio gyda mudiadau, cymdeithasau, busnesau, dysgwyr ac ysgolion. Bwriad Menter Bro Ogwr yw codi proffil yr iaith Gymraeg yn sir Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr gan gynyddu cyfleoedd trigolion o bob oedran i ddefnyddio'r Gymraeg mewn amrywiaeth o feysydd.

Siop yr Hen Bont is based in Bridgend. It sells a variety of products and boasts a creative blend of all that is traditional and new in today's Welsh culture. The shop is unique to the area as it provides an informative bilingual service. The shop is owned and run by Menter Bro Ogwr.

Menter Bro Ogwr is a registered charity which promotes and furthers the use of the Welsh language by co-operating with associations, societies, businesses, learners and schools. Our intention is to raise the profile of the Welsh language in Bridgend county by increasing the opportunities for residents to use the Welsh language in a variety of fields.
